医院师资队伍建设，适应现代化临床教学特点，促进医疗机构内涵和教学质量的提升，年7月31日，在北京华通国康公益基金会的支持下，医院临床教学和住培师资线上培训项目顺利完成。本次培训邀请了国家级规培师资进行授课，共医院管理人员、临床和全科师资等参加此次培训。

专家们围绕《住院医师规范化培训基地建设与管理》、《住培师资队伍建设与师资培训》、《住培学员临床思维能力培养》、《临床教学查房规范》等进行专题授课，对医院录制的教学查房视频进行点评。专家们现场与学员们进行线上互动交流，并在培训结束后提出来相应的书面建议。
